Detailed Description of prefabricaed house: 

1. Material for the main structure:

A: The steel structure mainly use hot galvanized square steel tube and V-shaped connection part etc.

B. The exterior wall panel can use fiber cement board, ALC board, OSB board, fireproof MGO Board, plasterboard, Metallic decorative board according to customers favorite.  

C. The roof cover can use metallic decoration tile,pitch tile or archatic tile. The ceiling can use PVC board or fireproof plasterboard. The water supply and drainage can use PVC pipe or aluminum plastic pipes etc according to customers favorite.

D. The door can use buglarproof door, compound wooden door and PVC plastic steel doors. The window can use plastic steel or cut-bridge aluminium alloy material.

E: The exterior wall and other place decoration can use Metallic coated board, cement fiber board, paints, ceramic tile or granite etc material according to customers favorite.

2. Technical specifications:

A: The house in in compliance with the Integra Building System. The life time is about 50years with well maintenance.

B. Bearing load is decided as per customers requirement

C. Wind resistance is decided as per customers region climate

D. Fireproof, soundproof, heat insultation and waterpoof as per customers demand.

E. Earth resistance: Above 9 grades.

3. Size and design:

The size is flexible and can be designed according to customers demand. The design is subject to customers final confimation.

4. Electricity system:

Including fluorescene lighting, switch, socket, control box, wiring etc.

5. Accessories:

Toilet and bathroom including ceramic water closet, shower head, sink, wash basin and shower tub etc.

6. Installation:

We will send technicians to guide the installation on site. All the kits of the houses are prefabricated before leaving the factory for transportation.

7. Deliver time:

After receiving 30% down payment, the deliver time will be 20-30 days after customers final confirmation of the drawing.

8. Payment terms:

T/T or Irrevocable confirmed L/C.

9. Price:

USD160-365 per square meter FOB Xingang Port, Tianjin, China

10. Load:

 For one 40 container, about 150-200 square meters of prefabricated houses can be loaded.

11. Package:

Export standard or as per customers demand.
