1. Material used for the house:

A. The main structure uses C-shaped keel and 75mm or 100mm compound sandwich panel. The wall partition uses 50mm, 75mm or 100mm compound sandwich panel.

B. The door uses plastic steel. The window uses plastic steel.

C. The low cost house doesn't include the base construction part.

2. Technical specifications:

A: The house in in compliance with the Integra Building System. The life time is about 20years with well maintenance.

B. Wind speed resistance is 86.4km/h.

C. Earth resistance: Above 8 grades.

3. Size and design:

The size is flexible and can be designed according to customers demand. The design is subject to customers final confimation.

4. Electricity system:

None. If needed, the extra fee will be charged.

5. Accessories:

None. If needed, extra watersupply,bathroom and kitchen facilities will be charged.

6. Installation:

We will send technicians to guide the installation on site. All the kits of the houses are prefabricated before leaving the factory for transportation.

7. Deliver time:

After receiving 30% down payment, the deliver time will be 20-30 days after customers final confirmation of the drawing.

8. Payment terms:

T/T or Irrevocable confirmed L/C.

9. Load:

 For one 40 container, about 300-350 square meters of prefabricated houses can be loaded.

10. Package:

Export standard or as per customers demand.

11. Price:

USD60-120 per square meter FOB Xingang, Tianjin.

12. Maintenance period:

One year since installation.
